Lots of people wear amulets or keep good luck charm. Everything from
the rabbit's foot through to a necklace through with a lucky piece of
clothing that you wore when you had its own success.
We
have a lot of different superstitions, some of which are based on
historical or factual research. Walking under a steps, for instance, has
several unique hazards since ladders are not inherently stable things.
But
lucky charms accept a life of their own. Much of which will depend on
the country you have a home in - the USA considers the number 7 to be
lucky whilst the Chinese desire a lucky 8.
An Irishman
could be inclined to keep an effigy of a leprechaun whereas someone from
Scandinavia may likely prefer one of a new troll.
So,
can these different amulets or good luck charm really bring anyone luck?
And can forgetting to hold your special charm signify you automatically
become unlucky?
Weird as it may perhaps sound, because
luck is in least partially belief primarily based, there could be a
great underlying influence.
Sure, there's no scientific
evidence for this but then science considers some odd stuff itself such
as the Schrodinger's cat experiment where the cat is both alive and
dead before the experiment is observed. And they have the audacity to
call such things as lucky charms!
Our thinking do
affect our result, at least some of the time. Experiments have shown on a
couple of occasion that people who consider themselves lucky regularly
find money whereas people that consider themselves unlucky can walk over
a note laying in front of them on the tarmac.
So
there's a good chance that carrying a fantastic amulets or good luck
charm will affect the way we perceive our luck which will affect how
lucky we are. In conclusion, wearing an amulet or a good luck charm is
going to make you luckier than the rest.
